The Originals led out of that with 0.9 million viewers and a 0.4 rating, also matching what the show was doing on Thursdays.

The numbers are obviously pretty low, but they've strengthened the night.

And elsewhere around the dial:

  • On ABC, Last Man Standing (6.8 million viewers/1.2 rating) and Dr. Ken (5.1 million/1.1 rating) were on par with their previous outings, but Shark Tank (6.8 million/1.7 rating) and 20/20 (5.4 million/1.0 rating) grew.
  • On Fox, Masterchef Junior (4.7 million/1.3 rating) dipped and the time period debut of Second Chance (2.2 million/0.7 rating) remained a dud.
  • On NBC, the double episode finale of Undateable (2.8 million/0.8 rating) was even, while Grimm (3.8 million/0.8 rating) tied its series low. Dateline (5 million/1.4 rating) finished the night NBC.
  • And on CBS, an original Undercover Boss (7.3 million/1.3 rating) lead into encores of Hawaii Five-0 (6.5 million/1.4 rating) and Blue Bloods(7.8 million/1.0 rating).
