NBC Unveils Fall Schedule: What's on the Move?
Paul Dailly at .NBC have announced its plans for the first part of 2016-2017... and there are some real eye-openers.
The biggest change is for Blindspot, which is heading into Season 2.
The show will be moving to Wednesday night at 8 pm.
That's the slot that was recently vacated by the cancelation of The Mysteries of Laura.
It has been a problem slot for the network over the years and, considering how much Blindspot has cooled off in recent months, it could continue to be a problem.
Blindspot's current slot is being handed over to Timeless, a new drama.
Will it be able to perform better than Blindspot in the slot?
Elsewhere, Comedies will be returning to Thursday nights in the fall.
Yes, NBC's sole renewed comedy will be pairing up with Kristin Bell's The Good Place.
After that, Chicago Med will be transplanted into the 9 pm hour, followed by The Blacklist.
