The Voice: Adam Levine Quits - Find Out Who's Replacing Him!

Adam Levine, who has served as a coach on the NBC juggernaut for sixteen seasons is saying goodbye to the show.
The news was revealed by Carson Daly on Friday's Today.
“After 16 seasons, Adam Levine, our beloved coach and friend, has decided to leave The Voice,” Daly said, adding:

“Adam was one of the original coaches who launched the show, winning the competition three times and inspiring many of the artists that he worked so closely with over the years… He’ll always be a cherished member of the Voice family… and we wish him nothing but the best.”

As for who will step in to fill the void, we already have an answer.
Daly maintained during the segment that it was Levine's decision to quit, so there's that.
Adam has nurtured three contestants to victory on the series. Jordan Smith won Season 9, Tessanne Chin won season 5, and Javier Colon won season 1.
Gwen Stefani is staging a comeback, and will take up residence on Adam's seat alongside Blake Shelton, John Legend, and Kelly Clarkson.
Stefani previously served as a coach during seasons 7,9, and 12, so it should be fun to see what she brings to the table after such a lengthy hiatus.

Levine shared a photo on Tuesday which may well have been his way of saying goodbye to his Shelton who he has worked with since the show's debut in 2011.

Like most shows, The Voice has lost a lot of ground in the ratings of late as the competition to keep live viewers tuning in is getting more difficult.
