On their way to a corporate kiss-ass session, Logan gets word that there are more obstacles in the way of the Pierce deal, and he wants it done now.

While the plane circles, Logan sends Kendall to talk to their minions. He lays into them and wants them to put away the fuckin' snacks.

Frank wants Shiv to shadow him for the 10-Q. She's annoyed to be left behind. She wants Frank to feel as humiliated as he is.

Shiv walks out on Frank.

The family arrives at Argestes to a swarm of people. They're going to be a part of a panel, and it's dog eat dog.

They're all sporting fluffy vests of which Roman razzes Tom. Tom's wearing hiking boots, too.

Logan checks in with Rhea who looks at him slyly.

Sandy Furness is there. Logan wants to steer clear. Tom babbles in his ear, but Logan only has eyes for Sandy.

There's a big muckrack piece coming in on Cruises. Everyone is in a tizzy, and Shiv calls in wanting to know what's going on. There is a bomb about to go off but they don't know what is in it.

They were supposed to get two weeks to respond, but now they're getting a couple of hours to respond before the article gets dropped. Shiv is panicking, and Kendall suggests the newb take a beat.

Shiv is speaking from a skeevy bathroom. She's in a corner opposite Kendall, and the two spar.

They have to finish the Pierce deal before it drops. Logan wonders about money for a white knight deal. Gerri will look into it. Roman's hungry.

Shiv won't fly out to be the face of it.

Tom is part of a leadership nature walk when Greg comes jogging in to speak with him. There is a thing about Tom's talk and the phrase, "we're listening." Apparently, there is a grey area in terms of their set-top boxes that suggests they're actually listening quite aggressively.

Logan warns Marcia that some nasty rumors are coming out about him and the company. She's with him.

Gerri sends Roman to speak with Edward and his loafers made from the skin of human rights activist. Roman balks wondering if this is her idea of makeup sex. She tells him Logan wanted Tom on it and to do what he can.

Rhea tells Logan she thought they were pretty far apart on a deal. He wants her to tell Nell if they don't do it by tomorrow, they walk.

Kendall tells Stewey they have a deal in place that will kill their approach. But Stewey doesn't trust Logan.

Roman and Edward do some drugs in the bathroom. Edward wonders if Roman is there with a beggin' bowl.

Shiv shows startling Tom who is speaking with a woman named Nia.

Tom immediately things the Cruises thing includes them scapegoating him.

There is a trail from Mo to Bill to Tom. Shiv's safe, which is good, but.

Tom and Nia trade glances, and Shiv is kind of jealous. Tom is holding onto Shiv's time with the actor.

Roman visits Gerri to talk about Edward. He doesn't know why he's chasing it anyway. Gerri can't tell him.

Roman floats teaming with Gerri. Jaggar Tarzan fronting things up while mole woman cooks the numbers. He can make her obscenely rich instead of place on the vineyard rich, and they'll be CEO and Chair.

Nan shows angry that Rhea dragged her across the country.

Logan is annoyed by the giant cage of flames next to his table.

The magazine is not cooperating. They feel bullied, and the piece might go up right now.

Nan and Rhea appear just as Kendall and Logan want to flee.

The whole time they're chatting, Kendall is swiping his phone to update what's upcoming.

Nan thinks the place is too pricey, so orders tap water.

It's bad but not that bad, Roman says. Mo asked a woman to sleep with him to get their contracts renewed. It means innuendo can be created out of facts. It's one woman 19 years ago not four a couple of years ago. Kendall is pleased they can do such good victim math.  

Logan throws up at the table. Wretches like crazy.

Shiv goes to see Rhea. She doesn't know why Rhea is still pushing the sale even after the story. The Pierce family is reserved for now.

Are they in the middle of the storm or is this the first few raindrops, Rhea wonders.

Even faced with the facts, Shiv doesn't want to join that panel. She's pushing very hard to remain as far out of the family business as possible.

Roman and Shiv trade barbs before taking the stage. Bra though the sweater, booster seat, period arrived.

Did Rhea set up Shiv to look better for takeover?

Kendall goes off-script. We won't condemn and move on but will investigate further.

Shiv wants just a big ol' dinosour cull.

Everyone is still at each other in the green room when Logan and Marcia arrive. Marcia announces it was too much, and Roman is Romany when Logan backhands him across the face. Kendall leaps to Roman's defense. Roman loses a tooth but laughs it off.

A comedian "roast" is way over the top, and Nan walks out before she boards the Hindenberg.

Nan finally sees Rhea for what she's doing. She feels rolled and sandbagged. Nan wants her resignation.

Logan screams for her to stop the entire time she's driving away but the car keeps going.
