Joe is posing as a professor in a school in England.

Joe is still thinking about Marienne. Joe watches his neighbor from across the street but wants to avoid that and trouble, but he keeps following into it. It's Malcolm and his girlfriend.

He's his colleague. Kate is someone he's newly interested in watching. Flashes back to when he was in France looking for Marienne.

He finally tracked her painting down and searches more for her. He learns that she's in London, which is why it was his next step.

He happens across Kate and Malcolm arguing and ends up following Kate. He sees her get attacked and goes to save her.

He tells her not to mention him when she calls the cop because of his work visa.

Malcolm comes over to thank him for helping Kate. Malcolm is a rich elitist and invites Joe to some rich club for drinks at Adam Pratt's Sundry House.

He meets Phoebe, an elite

Joe meets Blessing, the Nigerian princess who is snobby. Joe also meets Simon, the supposed tortured artist. And Sophie, Simon's sister.

Joe judges all the rich people he's dealing with and meets Adam Pratt the owner, an American.

Joe meets Rhys, the author running for office who everyone loves and feels is the future. Joe seems to like him.

The others wonder why Joe is really there and give him absinthe hoping he'll spill his guts.

Joe recalls seeing Marienne in London for the first time and how she ran from him.

Joe keeps blacking out and not knowing how he ends up talking to so many of the others.

Joe wakes up hungover on his couch and doesn't remember much. He knows Malcolm helped him get home. But he walks into his dining area and sees Malcolm dead on the table with knife in his chest.

He's aggravated and doesn't know if he did it or not. So now he has to clean up the crime scene. Malcolm's finger is missing along with his ring.

He sees the cops across the street at Malcolm and Kate's place. He rolls Malcolm's body up and puts it in the Classic professors car to drive away.

Joe recalls his last interaction with marienne where she confronted him about killing so many people and says he's a murderer and he swears he can prove her wrong and lets her leave.

Joe heads somewhere and dismembers Malcolm's body to Cardi B while the soccer game is still running. Flashes to after Marienne, Elliot, an employee of Love's father tracks him down and is after him. He's a fixer. Elliot wants money in exchange for Joe's life.

He gives Joe a new identitty. Jonathan Moore. A second chance at a different life. Elliot tells Joe to kill Marienne since she's the onlyone who still knows he's alive. Joe returns things to Adam and runs into Rhys.

Joe talks to Rhys who seems tos ee through him and understand him in a great way, and it makes him feel like redemption is possible.

Joe when he found Marienne again, he stole her necklace is proof that he killed her and let her get on the train. Kate invites Joe to dinner at Simon's soiree because of Phoebe. She asks him about Malcolm too.

Kate tells him she lied to the cops about not seeing who saved her so they're even.

Before Joe goes into the party he gets texts froms omeone anonymous that admits they killed Malcolm and are surprised that he handled the body for him and didn't go down and now they're interested in him and curious about who he really is.
