We're not sure what they were going for with these storylines, but they just didn't pan out as expected. Bottom line: these were the worst plot twists of the year.
Police Detective: Do you admit to cutting off his head, yes or no? Ichabod: Nooo. First I shot him, then he rose back up. Cutting off his head seemed the next logical step.
