Wheatley and Stabler continue their cat and mouse game during Law & Order: Organized Crime Season 1 Episode 3.

Stabler is unable to tell Bell much about his attack, but is more determined than ever to get Wheatley. After learning that the gun used to kill Sinatra matches one used in a Virginia homicide, he and Bell take a road trip to find out more. Stabler tells Bell that the attackers were after Eli and she also vows to get the guy.

The Virginia trip yields results, as Stabler and Bell learn about Wheatley's plans to build his own server. Wheatley is excitedly showing a virtual tour of the server to Dana when Stabler gets on camera and cuts the cable, infuriating Wheatley.

The cops' next move is not as successful, however. After Angie tips Stabler off, they raid a charity event where Wheatley is giving away vaccine, but can't find proof the vaccine was stolen.

Meanwhile, Kathleen comes to check on Eli. She doesn't think it's safe for him to live with Stabler, and Stabler agrees, but Eli won't listen. Kathleen tries to convince Stabler to get help but he won't -- he's afraid he'll lose his badge if he needs mental health treatment.

Law & Order: Organized Crime Season 1 Episode 3 Quotes

Kathleen: You need help. Get on medication.
Stabler: I'm not taking any drugs.
Kathleen: Why? Cause you're not bipolar like me and Grandma?
Stabler: No. Cause in my job, if they think you need meds, they take your badge.
Kathleen: I'm sure it's not like that anymore.

Eli: It was just a fight over a parking space.
Kathleen: Are we supposed to believe that?
Eli: It doesn't matter what you believe. I'm not leaving Dad when he needs me.
