Law & Order: Organized Crime Season 3 Episode 15 revolves around a rivalry between two biker gangs.

When a man is killed and his fiancee kidnapped, Stabler recognizes the kidnapping victim's name. She's the daughter of a former Marine buddy, David Carver, who is now the head of a biker gang.

David wants to handle things his way. Stabler tries to stop him, but David won't listen. In the meantime, Stabler briefs the team on the kidnapping.

Eventually, Stabler and the team discover that the kidnapping revolves around ghost guns. Jet has Reyes and Whalen help her hack into a government system and learns about the existence of a warehouse where the guns are being 3D printed. The team arrests the gunmaker.

Stabler meets Grimes at a bar. Grimes wants the gunmaker and the guns in exchange for Janelle. Whalen offers to pretend to be the gunmaker. Bell doesn't want to bring a bunch of guns to a hostage situation, but Jet has an idea and 3D prints some defective guns that won't fire.

The exchange goes bad when the cartel head shows up and demands his guns, leading to a car chase.
