Law & Order: Organized Crime Season 3 Episode 8 revolves around an attack on Pearl Silas.

Teddy calls in a panic. Pearl has been taken to the hospital and is in a coma. The doctor can only tell Stabler that Pearl likely has been poisoned.

Bell is given a promotion and told the task force will be disbanded. No new cases. She warns Stabler not to take this case but he takes it anyway. He and Whelan head out to a restaurant where Pearl was dining to try to get some leads. Eventually, he arrests a perp who was giving women roofies at a club that Pearl was at.

Bell is angry about this development. Stabler doesn't care. He thinks Teddy is involved and is going to prove it.

Stabler needs Leonetti's help even though she planned to go back to Italy since she knows he's not in love with her. They arrest a mob operative who delivered a poisoned scarf to Pearl. Luca denies everything and is released when his lawyer shows up. The lawyer also works for Teddy.

Silas Sr denies that there is any connection with Luca and throws Stabler out. Reyes tails Luca and catches Teddy beating him with a baseball bat. Teddy is arrested and denies ever hurting Pearl. He tells Stabler that Pearl is pregnant with their child.
