Law & Order: SVU Season 20 Episode 15 revolves around a brothel full of underage girls.

A guy in a business suit geso up to some sort of brothel. He chooses a girl named Tori and they go into a room. The brothel owner hears screaming and her security guard, Carlos, goes to check it out. The guy is bound and gagged on the bed and Carlos gets knocked out. Tori grabs a gun and runs. She is confronted by another guy with a gun and next thing we know, SVU is investigating her murder.

Rollins isn't sure there's a point to this -- Tori was a junkie who maybe jumped -- but Benson says she was brutalized. They discover Tori was a heroin addict who was in court-mandated treatment but dropped out. Fin goes to see the head of the Vice department, Baker, who is an old partner, and they work together on a sting operation, but when they get inside the brothel is empty and abandoned. Fin realizes someone tipped the sex traffickers off.

Baker is offended by the idea that it was a cop. She, Fin, and Carisi argue in front of Benson, who tells them to cut it out. Benson says maybe the brothel owner just got a bad feeling. The cops discover that the gun Tori used was taken from a dead heroin dealer by a cop and should have been in evidence up in Vice, proving a cop in the Vice Squad is dirty.

Baker doesn't like it, but she agrees to investigate. There are three cops who signed into the evidence room that night, and one of them is Carlos Ramirez. Baker goes to get another warrant but somehow Ramirez is tipped off, and Fin thinks Baker is the mole!

Baker is offended that FIn suspects her while Benson doesn't like that Fin is investigating this on his own. They talk to a girl they found in the brothel who was half out of it and she ID's Ramirez but says she has never seen Baker.

Baker doesn't want to work with SVU but Fin eats crow and she reluctantly agrees. They pull another sting on Ramirez and discovers his contact is Judge Colfax.
