The Good Doctor Season 6 Episode 12 revolves around difficult decisions.

Lim decides that since Perez and Asher are on probation, she will supervise them today. They see a patient who has severe heart failure. There is no donor heart available for transplant, so Lim says they have to do surgery to repair his heart. Asher thinks it's a bad idea. He keeps standing up to Lim. but Perez refuses to back him up because he thinks Lim is looking for proof he is a junkie.

Meanwhile, Andrews offers Morgan a prestigious job as the lead PI on a new consolidated research team, but Morgan is worried that she won't be able to do it and be there for her not-yet-conceived child. Park advises her not to miss her child's important moments and Lim says she can't have it all.

Finally, Shaun and Jordan butt heads over a thirteen-year-old patient who is having sex with her same-age boyfriend, while at home Lea is not sure she is comfortable with Glassman staying temporarily, especially after an awkward encounter.
