An old friend returned to St. Bonaventure on The Good Doctor Season 6 Episode 15.

Jared Kalu brings a patient to the hospital. He's a concierge doctor now who works for a billionaire and has a fake girlfriend. Shaun asks Jared why he is doing this and tells him he thinks he is not living up to his potential.

The patient was attacked by a tiger and has a seizure after having sex. He is strangely unconcerned about his girlfriend taking time to see friends. Jared and Shaun realize that the man has a rare tapeworm in his brain. Andrews hopes to get a sizeable donation to the hospital after Shaun makes this diagnosis.

While in the OR, Shaun suggests that Jared re-join the hospital and Andrews tells him he has to talk to LIm.

Meanwhile, Park's newest patient is Joe, the man who slept with his wife. Joe has cancer. He also wants Park to forgive him, which Park has trouble doing.

Finally, one of Morgan's research participants has a rare condition where she is leaking amniotic fluid. Morgan advises her to terminate the pregnancy before she dies, but Sonia doesn't want to.
