Now that Jason is leaving town and going back to Montana, Jane is excited for everything to go back to normal.

But that all changes when she locks eyes with Michael, who is in a cab and about to leave Miami, and realizes that his memories have returned. 

She steals a scooter and chases him down all the way to the bus stop. 

Michael witnesses Jane almost get run over by a bus and decides not to get on. 

The two spend hours catching up and laughing, but Jane worries about telling Rafael. 

Michael tells her that while he's still experiencing some Jason like qualities, he knows he loves Jane and wants to make things work. 

Jane breaks the news about Michael's memory to Rafael while picking him up from work. 

She tells him she doesn't want things to change between them, but she needs time to process and accept that her husband's back. 

Jane turns to Petra for advice on what she should do. Petra tells her to divorce Michael because he's her past and Rafael is her future and the man she's destined to be with. 

After a few martinis, Jane and Petra decide to make some permanent decisions about their subsequent relationships. 

Jane mails in the divorce papers while Petra professes her love to JR via text message. 

As Jane is leaving the Marbella, she runs into Michael and instantly regrets sending the papers while intoxicated. 

She chases down the mailman who tells her he can't give her the letter back since it's a felony, but allows her to take it back while he's "tying his shoe."

Petra tells Rafael that Jane mailed in the divorce papers so when Jane comes home, he attempts to celebrate with champagne. 

Things quickly go south when he realizes Jane took back the divorce papers. 

At Mateo's grandparent's day event, things are pretty rough between Jane and Rafael, but the focus is on Xo, who came out for the event despite her last day of chemo. 

Mateo and Xo even choreographed a dance together to surprise everyone. 

After the dance, Xo begins feeling lightheaded and faints in the parking lot. 

At the hospital, they say she simply suffered dehydration and overexertion, which is a huge relief for Jane. 

Despite their fight, Rafael comes to the hospital after leaving Mateo with Jorge and takes care of the whole family. 

When he drives Alba home, he suddenly gets all his memories back about being in a love triangle with Michael and Jane before. 

Back then, waiting for Jane to decide who she wanted to be with almost killed him and he realizes he cannot make that same mistake again. 

He asks Jane if she still loves Michael and when she admits her uncertainty, he asks her to leave his apartment. 

"Permanently?" Jane asks. 

"I don't know," Rafael responds.

Meanwhile, professing her love to JR seemed to work out great for Petra because she scored a date with the woman of her dreams. 

Magda, who set up her fortune telling business at the Marbella, decided that handcuffing herself to her daughter while she had big, romantic plans would somehow convince her to give her a sizeable chunk of money. 

Petra, instead, went to JR's place with her mom attached to her wrist. 

The two made up and made out, and JR eventually used an ax to free Petra from her mother. 

Alba got dolled up to welcome Jorge back from Mexico after getting a really romantic letter from him, but found herself dissapointed when he arrived and revealed that his sister wrote the letter to convince immigration.
