On The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 7 Episode 6, Cynthia and NeNe continue their conversation at the restaurant. By the end of their talk, both women are in tears and they hug it out. The other ladies slip out in the midst of their make-up session and leave NeNe and Cynthia to it.

Gregg is supportive of NeNe venturing back into a friendship with Cynthia and encourages NeNe to take things slowly. Peter is not supportive at all and thinks Cynthia gave up too easily. He doesn't want NeNe back in their lives. 

Kandi goes to New York City to visit Todd, who is there on business, and while there, he shows her around his city. They meet up with Peter and Cynthia for dinner and Todd expresses his very negative feelings for Mama Joyce and the things she said about his mother. Peter brings up Mal and his mother in law and the men continue to swap stories. Kandi wants to let things go and move on.

Prior to dinner, Cynthia had a run-through for the Fashion Week show she's in. After learning that she'll be closing her friend Kithe's show, which is a prime spot for a supermodel, he measures her hips and tells her she doesn't know how to be a runway model anymore. She's shaken by the encounter.

Kenya, Peter, Todd, Kandi, and Leon support Cynthia in the runway show. Afterward, Todd and Kandi meet Todd's mother for dinner so they can discuss Mama Joyce.
