Bell: Jet. You okay?
Jet: Yeah.
Bell: You sure? Cause you haven't seemed okay since you got back from Whelan's memorial. Look, no judgment here, but when what you're doing gets in the way of the work you do here, it becomes my problem, and I have enough problems.

I don't know what's worse. Almost being blown up in an explosion or being called on the carpet for almost being blown up.

Bell

Randall: I thought it would be a nice sendoff for Mom.
Stabler: A Last Supper?
Randall: You're the one who wants to send her to a long-term facility.
Stabler: She wants to go. Not me. I don't want her to go.
Randall: It doesn't matter who wanted what.
Stabler: I don't want to talk about this.
Randall: By the time you're ready to talk, it'll be too late.

Nothing that leaves my shop can be used to kill... in its present condition.

Woman

If we hadn't been in DC for Jamie's memorial, this never would have happened. You are married and I care too much about you to ruin your life.

Jet

Looks like you were right. This isn't a hate crime. It's an assassination.

Stabler

Jet: Question -- is this about that Hate Crimes case we're not supposed to be investigating?
Stabler: Answer -- none of your business.

Stabler: What do you know about reveals and graffiti tags?
Jet: Aren't you a little old for that?

There wasn't a bombing. I mean, there was, but the iman was shot.

Asher

Stabler: Now that Asher is out of ICU, I'd like to talk to him.
Mrs. Klein: Look, I know my son is troubled. But he is innocent.

Reyes: This is what you've been doing all night? This crap?
Jet: It's supposed to help.
Vargas: What you don't understand, Detective Reyes, that our brains are constantly processing a ton of data without us being aware of it. That's what we call instincts, but the problem is, it's unreliable.

Stabler: Why me?
Officer: Because you know the difference between following the rules and what's right.
