Blue Bloods Season 10 Episode 10 revolves around gender issues.

Danny and Baez are called to the scene of a suspicious death. A woman has been found inside a club, supposedly having fallen and hit her head. The club is a men's-only club where cell phones and security cameras are not allowed and neither are women.

Baez believes this is a murder but Danny thinks she is overreacting to the men barring women from their club. He wants to investigate a triple homicide instead, but Baez tells him that the woman did not have a cell phone either, meaning she knew she was going somewhere where phones weren't allowed. Danny agrees to investigate the case with her, and a nervous wife may be the key to solving it.

Meanwhile, Jamie and Eddie get into an argument after Jamie calls Eddie's list of chores for him a honey-do list. Eddie and Jamie go around in circles around this before Eddie admits what her true insecurity is.

And after a burglar is released without bail, Anthony becomes determined to catch him, leading to a dangerous situation and provoking Erin's wrath, while Frank and his staff investigate whether the IAB Chief is having an affair.
