On Blue Bloods Season 10 Episode 11, many of the Reagans are dealing with systemic problems.

When Mayor Chase demands that the cops begin forcibly removing homeless people within 24 hours, Frank has a huge headache to deal with, but he says that it's important to follow the mayor's directive. Things get complicated, however, when a homeless man dies in custody, and Sid is perpetually absent while Frank tries to work with him and Garett to spin this positively.

Meanwhile, Erin is frustrated when a judge she used to work with in the DA's office insists on sentencing a potentially violent drug user to rehab. The perp soon breaks out of rehab with an accomplice and begins robbing hospitals to score drugs, convincing Erin even more that the judge's new policies are crazy.

Finally, when Jamie accompanies some EMTs to a distress call, they all get shot at when it turns out the call was a set-up for a robbery. Afterward, Jamie wants to help Danny investigate, but Danny won't let him. And there's trouble on the homefront, too, when Jamie won't let Eddie use a trust fund her dad gave her to help pay off his student loans.
