Stabler brings a drunk Flutura to the closed bar. Someone is watching them through the window or so it seems. She turns on jukebox music and begins dancing. Stbaler says the song is about a prostitute like the girls at the party. Flutura slaps him in the face for that. Why does he care anyway? He says he was just trying to make conversation. She wants to dance with him instead. It would be a lot worse for the girls without her protecting them. Albanian men are pigs.  She says she was sold to Albanian men as a teenager and only one man didn't hurt her -- her husband.

There is a noise outside. It is some kid who claims he is Eddie Wagoner's son. Stabler throws him out. He tells Fllutura it was some kid looking to jack the bar.

Stabler comes home to check on Eli, who is not talking to Bernie. Bernie wants him to let her fix some eggs. Stabler ignores her and goes to wake Eli up. Eli complains he lives in the Cold War in East Germany. Stabler says once he's back home they'll come up with a better system. Eli says when you come home where will Grandma sleep?

Stabler wants to know how they didn't know Eddie had a son. Jett looks into the kid's license. The kid was abused and ended up in foster care. The real Eddie was in and out of his life. Bell warns him not to get involved because it might screw up Stabler's cover. Also Stabler doesn't want to indict anyone until they can get Kosta.

Bell questions some traffickers who claim they never heard of the K-O. But there's a photo saying otherwise. Stabler helps question from afar. Bell has Ross' black book that she hopes to use as leverage.

Eddie's son is at the boxing ring. Albi says family is important in Albanian culture. Eddie kicks him out.  The kid has a photo of himself with the real Eddie when he was little. Stabler offers him money. The kid doesn't want that. He wants a job. Eddie says no. Albi hires the kid anyway. Stabler makes him the spit bucket boy.

Bell goes to see Teddy.  She tries to warn him about poking the hornet's nest but he won't listen. He has a bodyguard his wife insisted on.

Kosta has Stabler and some other K-O guys at a meeting to discuss who the rat might be. It's possible it's someone in this room.  He accuses Flutura and says women are week. Albi stands up for her. Kosta says maybe he should suspect Albi.  He cuts some guy's tongue out as a warning to everyone.

Albi wants the tongue taken down. It smells. Kosta admits it was not Albi or Reggie. Eddie is an outsider but it's more likely one of our own. Anyway Kosta asks him about Garcia. He wants him dead for talking about K-O at his rally. Albi tells him in the US you can't kill political candidates. Kosta disagrees.  He asks Eddie and then tells Stabler to find out who the rat is and prove it isn't him.

Flutura goes to Reggie's mother who writes out that she saw in the grounds that Eddie is angry and grieving. Flutura wants to know if he's the rat. She pours out the coffee grounds and writes that Eddie saved someone. Flutura says he saved me, did he save anyone else?

Bell meets Stabler in the laundromat. He warns her about Teddy. She says she's already on it. He thinks Kosta will put out a hit on Garcia. Bell asks about his misguided son. Stabler asks Eli or Lewis? Bell wants to pick Lewis up to get him out of the way. Stabler is sure he can convince Lewis that his father is a dirtbag before too long.

Bell goes to see Teddy. She and Brewster want to protect Teddy. Teddy doesn't want protection because he doesn't want to seem intimidated as he calls out a lot of people. He goes back to his game.

Stabler wants Lewis to leave him alone. The kid says Flutura was asking him about Eddie. Eddie warns him to stop asking questions. The kid wants to learn how he rolls. Stabler gives him money to get him lighter fluid.

Bell meets her wife at Kilbride's office. Nova comes out of his office and Kilbride calls the women in. He says the NYPD is prepared to offer $750k a a settlement -- more than 5x their original offer. There is a carefully written statement that is a semi apology. Bell is happy if Damion and Denise are.

Eddie and Reggie go drinking together. Eddie encourages Reggie to talk. Reggie says Albi gave him a job and he's gotta get back in his good graces but it's high risk and he's not sure he can pull it off. Stabler says he believes in Reggie. Stabler says he has his back but Reggie is supposed to do it alone. Reggie says why? Eddie says what do you mean? After everything you've done for me? You're my boy. Reggie says he's not supposed to trust outsiders. He wishes his dad was still around. Stabler says he has no feelings toward Lewis but Reggie is his family. He asks what the job is about.

Bell gets her group together to protect Teddy, as Reggie is supposed to kill him and they think Reggie is going to be sacrificed to the cause.

The operation begins. Reggie calls Eddie to complain about driving in circles.

Bell calls to warn Teddy but he refuses to listen.

Meanwhile Stabler attacks Teddy's security guard and IDs himself as a cop (can Kosta really not be aware of this?) Stabler convinces Teddy to warn his wife and get in the car.

There is an accident on West Side Highway causing problems. Reggie finally gets to Teddy's residence.  Teddy can't get ahold of his wife, and Reggie won't listen to Stabler and hold off on going to Teddy's residence. Meanwhile Stabler drives like a maniac.

Teddy finally gets his wife on the phone just as Reggie shoots her. Teddy wants to go to the house. Reggie runs away. Teddy finds Diana shot as a crowd gathers. She appears to be dead. Stabler slips out the back as Teddy calls for help.

Kosta is happy that Garcia is suffering though not happy that Reggie killed the wrong person. Albi wants to take over the job. In the meantime Albi thinks Ross is making a deal. Kosta wants Ross to be killed before he gets in front of a grand jury. No more mistakes allowed. Albi gives him his word and leaves. Kosta smokes a cigarette.

Teddy faces the press, his shirt stained with blood. He says his beautiful brilliant wife volunteered at a women's shelter and two hours later was killed. He wishes he was the one killed instead and will bring the cowards who did this to justice.

Reggie seems pretty out of it at the bar. Stabler calls to him as he's about to get into a fight. Bell arrests Reggie for killing Diane. Stabler watches from afar, then goes to his camper, where Lewis is waiting for him and wants to learn how to use the lighter fluid.  Stabler says some other day. Lewis says his dad was an abusive sociopath. He doesn't know who Stabler really is but he wants to be like him.
