Law & Order: Organized Crime Season 1 Episode 6 focused on Angela's arrest and Stabler's feelings about learning the truth about his wife's murder.

Stabler knocks on Angela's door... and immediately arrests her. He's not terribly interested in talking to her but she refuses to allow her lawyer to make bail or otherwise get her free until she and Stabler have come to an understanding.

Stabler eventually confronts Angela. She says that when Raffiq was killed, she was insane with grief and rage and that she told Richard she wanted to make a cop suffer the way she'd suffered. Richard had been planning an attack on anti-drug cops who he claimed were racist and was going to target Stabler but targeted Kathy instead. However, Angela didn't mean what she said and hadn't wanted Kathy to be hurt.

Stabler throws himself into the latest investigation against Richard and a new buyer who Richard wants to help him sell and distribute COVID vaccine. He has a CI he wants to fly in for this purpose, though the higher-ups aren't happy with him and Bell spending a lot of money on private jets and the like, and Stabler soon picks up on the fact that they have it in for Bell because her wife is suing the police department.

Meanwhile, Dana discovers that Gina placed a bug in the wine cellar. Wheatley informs Richie and orders him to kill Gina or Dana will do it. Richie reluctantly agrees and takes Gina to an isolated area.
