Wheatley makes his next move on Law & Order: Organized Crime Season 2 Episode 11.

Stabler is convinced Wheatley is behind McClane's escape and the recent cyber hacks, but Bell says that theory has to stay quiet until they have proof. However, Stabler accuses Wheatley in front of Garcia.

Wheatley decides to up his game after McClane rejects his offer to work together. McClane's followers cause chaos with cyber hacks and while Wheatley is helping to put that fire out, Stabler has Jett contact McClane through an anonymous server. McClane makes arrangements to meet. He just wants to set up an account for the daughter of the man he accidentally killed.

The FBI takes over McClane's arrest and all seems to go smoothly, except the man who arrests McClane isn't FBI -- he works for Wheatley. McClane wakes up on Angela's couch and she encourages him to work with Wheatley so he can continue to be a modern-day Robin Hood.

Meanwhile, Wheatley tries to convince Garcia that Stabler is obsessed with catching Wheatley and not focused on the task at hand.
