Law & Order: Organized Crime Season 2 Episode 10 revolves around the continuation of the rivalry between Stabler and Wheatley.

When an infamous hacker escapes from prison, the feds bring in their best agent -- and it's Wheatley, who allegedly has been cooperating with them since he was cleared of all charges. Stabler storms out when he is tricked into a meeting with Wheatley, but Brewster refuses to believe that Wheatley is playing them, and Wheatley himself claims to be on the same side as Stabler this time.

Meanwhile, Jett must work with Adam to try to find the author of the hacking script used in the prison break, which she's not any happier about than Stabler is about Wheatley. When there is a ransomware attack on the OC's computers and Wheatley suggests using his proprietary cryptocoin to pay off and catch the hacker, Stabler suspects that Wheatley hired the perp in the first place. Stabler also seems to be suspicious of Angela's continued claims of disability, especially when she won't help him with Wheatley anymore.

Stabler's suspicions appear correct, as the fugitive visits Wheatley and his ex at their home while Stabler vows to expose Wheatley's crimes once again.
