Eli runs away just as the verdict is being read in the Wheatley trial, causing a ton of panic in the Stabler household. Bernie insists on blaming herself, while Elliot just wants to find his son by any means necessary.

Meanwhile, Eli gets into a sticky situation when he follows a woman he meets on the promenade home and parties with her, only to find her dead in her bed.
