Law & Order: Organized Crime Season 2 Episode 8 wraps up the Albanian mob arc, at least for now.

After the explosion, Bell seems unwell but insists on accompanying Stabler into the gym to try to find Albi and Kosta. They find a ton of other dead bodies, including the court reporter's, but not the fugitives. Stabler sends Bell to the EMTs and explores a secret passage on his own.

Kosta is arrested on the docks, but Albi is still at large. Albi breaks into a nearby house and ties up the owner, sparing his life because the kid is Albanian. Meanwhile, the cops arrest Flutura, who is disappointed that "Eddie" is a cop and wasn't really in love with her. She's sure that he will miss the mob life.

Albi and his boyfriend go on the run, but when cornered on a hijacked boat, Albi holds his lover hostage. Stabler talks him down, reminding him of the promise he made not to reveal Albi's secret. After a standoff, Albi finally surrenders, leaving Stabler with mixed feelings about the case he's been involved with for so long ending.
