Law & Order: SVU Season 20 Episode 22 revolves around the brutal attack of a superstar in the rap world who happens to be married to a childhood friend of Fin's.

When Dallas is found nearly dead in her own home, Fin, Carisi, and Rollins get to work. Dallas is married to Snake, a rapper who has a bad temper -- and who Fin has known his entire life. Carisi thinks Fin can't be objective but Fin disagrees; however, after Snake's mom comes to the station and demands that Fin fix this situation, Stone wants Fin off the case.

Fin finds himself caught between worlds when he has to investigate his old friend, who doesn't appreciate Fin suspecting him and just wants Dallas' attacker caught. The investigation leads the cops to RB King, a rap rival who threatened Snake in a song. Benson and Fin stop Snake and RB from literally killing each other -- and then it turns out RB is innocent after all.

Further investigation leads the SVU team to discover a secret in Snake's past that might have to do with why his wife was attacked.
