Iris, Alexa, and Bashir's deaths were all an illusion. Bashir used his powers to fake it.

Barry brings Iris, Alexa, and Bashir to the Speed Force before Barry and Iris brought it back to life so that they can hide from Nora.

Nora pulls Barry back to Central City. She threatens to destroy the city unless Barry brings the other Forces to her. A storm approaches the city.

Two dozen inmates escape from Iron Heights after lightning tears down one of the walls, including Chillblaine and Frost.

Cecile is struck by lightning.

Frost finds Chillblaine at Ivo Labs stealing biotech interfaces. She is there to bring him back to prison. He asks her out on a date and she turns him down. They fight.

Joe brings Cecile to STAR Labs so that Caitlin can help her.

Bashir communicates with Alexa telepathically so that Iris can't hear them. He tells her he has a plan to get out of there. Alexa agrees to go along with it.

Barry finds Deon at a football stadium. He tells him that the Speed Force is looking for him. Deon wants to kill her, but Barry tells him they can find another way. Deon leaves angrily.

Team Flash works to evacuate the city.

Alexa tries to get the transmat orb away from Iris, but Iris breaks it. Bashir reveals that it was all an illusion, and with the transmat orb in hand, he and Alexa escape.

Nora tells Barry that she didn't create this storm -- the other Forces did. Deon arrives. He tries to kill Nora, but she knocks him out. Barry brings him back to STAR Labs.

Iris returns and tells Barry and Caitlin what happened.

Frost knocks Chillblaine out.

Alexa and Bashir arrive at STAR Labs and reunite with Deon. Barry, along with his "children," confront Nora. She brings them to the Speed Force where they face off against one another.

Nora kicks them out of the Speed Force.

A Force Event, or an atomic mass, forms above the city -- the Forces are in the process of snapping back and destroying everything in existence.

Barry runs around the storm to try to stop it.

Nora returns. Deon uses his powers to show her a possible future where she is the only Force in existence and is alone. They convince her to join their family.

The Forces help Barry diffuse the Force Event.

Nora, Alexa, Bashir, and Deon plan to reside in the Speed Force where they will work to help the universe. Barry will be faster than ever with them together.

Cecile wakes up.

Frost goes to see Caitlin. The DA's office let her out on probation for good behavior when they saw her catching the escaped prisoners.

Barry and Iris decide to start trying to have a baby.
