Alexa is dead.

The Speed Force tells Barry and Iris that they created the new Forces the night he got his speed back. Barry refuses to help the Speed Force destroy the other Forces.

Kamilla's photos get accepted at a gallery in San Francisco.

Cisco gives Kamilla an isotopic scanning lens that can detect all the Forces.

Barry wants to go back in time and wipe the Forces from existence, but not the Speed Force.

Iris disagrees with Barry so she enlists Kamilla and Allegra to help her find Nora and talk her down from killing the Forces.

Chester, Cisco, and Barry figure out they can use elemental force particles to erase the Forces, but they don't know how to do so and protect the timeline.

Barry finds Timeless Wells in Starling City Beach in 2000 and brings him back to Central City to help them.

Deon appears in STAR Labs. Barry tries to convince Deon to let him help him, but Deon wants the Still Force to stay in him. Deon destroys the harness they were going to use to extract the elemental force particles.

Chester saved the collection disc for the harness. Cisco disagrees with their plan for the Forces, so he leaves.

Team Citizen goes to Barry's childhood home to look for the Speed Force, but they find Psych there instead. He shows them their greatest fears.

Cisco returns to help Team Flash. Barry and Wells travel back to the night the Forces were born. Barry almost succeeds in getting rid of the Forces, but he has a change of heart at the last moment.

Barry and Iris reconnect.

Alexa comes back to life for a moment but dies again. Barry and Iris believe that their being on the same page is what caused it. Together, they bring her back to life.

Kamilla and Cisco tell each other they need to leave Central City.

The Speed Force finds Deon.
