The Good Doctor Season 5 Episode 8 revolves around hurt feelings and people butting heads.

Lim is determined to get rid of Salen following the debacle with the dead baby. Glassman warns her that going up against Salen is a bad idea, but Lim doesn't care. She secretly gets a bunch of documents from Lea so she can look for proof that Salen's behavior is losing them patients. Meanwhile, Salen makes her own rounds, convincing the pharmacy tech to take a severance package and sign an NDA and the patient to accept a settlement for the loss.

Elsewhere, Lea is upset that Shaun won't talk through their conflict. Glassman encourages her to give Shaun space, but Lea insists Glassman talk to Shaun. Shaun tells Glassman that Lea thinks he's not good enough for her because he has ASD, since she said something like that two years ago before they started dating. Glassman tries to talk him into giving Lea a second chance.

Shaun also works with Park to try to help a patient who got drunk and drove into a tree after a friend didn't want to be more than that, while Jordan and Asher's constant bickering gets on Morgan and Andrews' nerves while they try to help a patient repair a botched plastic surgery.
