The Good Doctor Season 6 Episode 21 revolves around Shaun's concerns for Glassman's health.

Lim tells Glassman she doesn't want him doing surgery until he does more cognitive tests. Glassman points out he is not acting impaired. She doesn't care. Glassman threatens to sue and Andrews refuses to go along with Lim's decision, which pisses her off because she doesn't like him interfering.

Shaun has a patient who has a brain tumor. Glassman is the only one who can help. The man only wants Glassman to do the surgery.

Shaun becomes a royal pain, constantly questioning Glassman's decisions and correcting him. He observes the surgery despite being told not to and continues behaving this way. As a result, Glassman can't remember his next step and leaves.

Meanwhile, Morgan can't get the baby to stop crying and is exhausted and feels like a failure, but Park keeps coming to her rescue with diapers and supportive words.

And the father of a little boy with cancer doesn't want to accept that his son will die and keeps pushing for more surgeries.
