The Good Doctor Season 6 Episode 20 revolves around Shaun's insistence that something is wrong with Glassman's brain.

Shaun brings up his concerns at breakfast and Glassman gets mad and says nothing is wrong with him. Shaun decides to observe Glassman so he can figure out what the problem is.

Glassman works on a case with a young baseball player who got hit with a baseball and went to him because Glassman is the best brain doctor in town. Shaun keeps interrupting and generally being a nuisance, then claiming that Glassman eventually blowing up at him is proof that Glassman has a brain problem.

The patient has several aneurysms, one of which has ruptured. Everyone but Glassman thinks they should go with a conservative approach that will end the patient's baseball career. Glassman agrees to let the patient decide.

The patient goes with Glassman's idea. During surgery, when the patient crashes, Glassman figures out what to do, and the surgery is a success. However, Shaun tells Lim that Glassman has had a mini-stroke.

Meanwhile, Andrews and the residents work with a patient who has growths all over his skin and a tumor in his stomach, and Morgan decides to foster baby Eden.

The Good Doctor Season 6 Episode 20 Quotes

Shaun You do not have brain cancer but I still think you have a problem with your neurological functioning. I think you should have more tests -
Glassman: That's not happening.
Shaun: - and Dr. Lim should be informed.
Glassman: No! There is nothing wrong with my brain. There is nothing wrong with any part of my body, not that it's your business. And if you go to Lim with this you're going to look ridiculous.

Andrews: How are things?
Jordan: Great.
Andrews: Great as in really great, or great as in I'm the President of the hospital and that's what I want to hear?
