On NCIS Season 12 Episode 15 Fornell is caught drinking and driving. Meanwhile the team investigates an explosion aboard a ship where visiting dignitaries were gathering for a summit on global terror. Believing the explosion to be linked to Mishnev, Gibbs again begins barking at his team. And again, Tony confronts him on it. Fornell shows up at NCIS stinking of booze.
