White Collar Season 6 Episode 4 Review: All's Fair

at .  Updated at .

With only a few more episodes left before the series finale, you had to know there were at least a few more White Collar secrets left to tell.

And White Collar Season 6 Episode 4 certainly didn't disappoint in that department tonight.

From a bombshell for a fan favorite to a breakthrough in the Pink Panther saga, this installment had a little bit of everything!

And then THAT happened!

As if we should have expected that every secret White Collar had to throw at us had already seen the light of day, it's Mozzie's secret matrimony to one Eva Perkins that the clever writers decided to reveal today! The best part? The nuptials were between two con artists trying to pull the wool over the eyes of the other. Truly a match made in heaven!

It was hard to see where the episode was going to go for a minute, especially in light of the very interesting past shared between Mozzie and Eva and the introduction of her new love interest!

How sad was it that Eva and her new beau Jack were going to use him as a patsy. And oh how quick Mozzie was to defend her once the initial shock of her return wore off!

One wonders if she won't return one day. Notice that little detail that she didn't sign the divorce papers Mozzie had in his hand towards the end of the episode. It was so brief I almost missed the whole thing! What a nice detail!

In all seriousness, I wish she could have stayed a little longer! How sweet was it that Mozzie helped her get away, for at least for us viewers, one last time.

I have to say, though, I was most intrigued by the progress seemingly made in the Pink Panther case. With the FBI finally able to crack the source code and determine where the next drop might go down, I had high expectations for the return.

While we obviously weren't going to get much more information than we got – and for obvious reasons with two more episodes left in the season – it was definitely a step forward that Jones and Barrigan were able to determine that the two companies had Federal Reserve connections. If I was the Pink Panthers, I would go after half a billion in unmarked bills – but you didn't hear that from me. I have to wonder, though, how did they get privy to such sensitive and highly classified information? And what are they planning to do with that cash once they get it?

It appears that even though the San Francisco job was a bust, the leader of the Pink Panthers hasn't forgotten about Neal. But does he suspect that Neal is the mole to which he so ominously refers? Only time will tell!

Re-live all the drama and romance from this week's installment when you watch White Collar online!
