Lea: My first wedding I decided to be spontaneous. We thought it would be romantic and fun. The DJ was an hour late, we ran out of booze, and somehow there were no napkins, not a single one. The wedding was a disaster and so was the marriage. So I really need to get this one right.
Jordan: If you're not willing to risk little things go wrong, you'll never get the chance to have the big things go right.
Lea: I just wanted it to be perfect. The engagement party was supposed to be a trial run.
Jordan: It'd be fine.
Lea: No, it won't. It'll be horrible and a disaster.
Jordan: No. It just won't be perfect.
Lea: The engagement party is off.
Shaun: Another bad dream?
Lea: Another reminder that wherever I go, chaos follows. So, no engagement party.
Shaun: Is the wedding still on?
Lea: Of course.
Shaun: That's good.
Jordan: An infection. So, no surgery?
Andrews: If it's any consolation to you, you wouldn't have gotten to do the biopsy anyway. Second-year residents whose biopsies have to be rescheduled because they let their patient wander off and eat a sandwich don't get dibs.
Park: We are able to get all the cancer and Riley's prognosis is good.
Shaun: But he's not our big concern. The cells on your son's tonsils were cervical cancer cells.
Riley's mother: My son had cervical cancer? That doesn't make any sense.
Lim: Great job on that tonsillectomy. It's not easy to locate problems with pediatric patients.
Park: You must be in a great mood. That's the third compliment you've given today.
Lim: Mateo came back yesterday.
Shaun: She is in a good mood because she and Mateo had lots of sex.
No offense, but I notice you two are both residents, yet you [points to Morgan] seem to be more in charge. Is that because you're more experienced or are you just bossy?
Woman
[Lim is on the phone with Mateo]
Mateo: So what's on your agenda?
Lim: Budget meeting. We're in the red and I don't see -
Mateo: Perhaps I should let you go.
Lim: Actually, I was hoping for some excitement, but you're out and about, so...
Mateo: That can be arranged. I can make myself available.
[There is a knock on the door]
Lim: Give me two minutes to get rid of whoever that is.
[Lim opens the door and Mateo comes in.]
Mateo: It'll take a lot longer than that to get rid of me.
