Blue Bloods Season 13 Episode 14 revolves around things not being exactly how they seem.

Witten returns as a social worker who is working with an autistic kid. When the kid resists arrest and is tased, Witten files an IA complaint against the arresting officers, who are in Eddie and Jamie's precinct. One of the officers, Stevens, confronts Eddie about Witten being a "bitch." Later, Eddie finds her locker has been trashed and accuses Stevens, who gets in a fistfight with Jamie, leading to everyone getting a RIP.

Meanwhile, Frank goes to see Witten, which his Dream Team says is improper, and Sid throws in that WItten is a traitor. Frank doesn't appreciate that. Frank later talks to Eddie, who tells him that Witten quit after a guy spit in her face during an arrest.

Elsewhere, Erin meets with Bobbi, a campaign manager who has backed every winning campaign in New York. However, Bobbi wants Erin to dump Anthony, who she says is a liability. Anthony suddenly announces he's transferring elsewhere before Erin can even approach him.

And finally, Danny and Baez investigate a murder involving a homeless teenage girl.
