Law & Order: Organized Crime Season 2 Episode 14 features Wheatley and Stabler's final showdown.

When Wheatley takes over the power grid and plunges New York into darkness, the mayor wants to give into his demands. He wants Richie brought to him, a plane out of the country, and Stabler's soul.

No one listens to Stabler about not giving in and Richie is brought to Wheatley, only to be shot at point-blank range. Wheatley also wants Stabler to start walking and confessing to various crimes such as misusing his badge to shoot people.

Jett and Malachi secretly work to override the power system, with some help from Sebastian. They end up kissing while waiting for it to come online, but they manage to get the power back on. Wheatley is angry, but he has one more card up his sleeve: he reveals that he's kidnapped Bernie and gloats that she doesn't have her lithium.

Jett helps Stabler find out where Bernie is, while Wheatley and Angela attempt to flee the country. But when Angela finds out that Richie is dead, she makes a move no one was anticipating.
