Law & Order: Organized Crime Season 3 Episode 5 revolves around a gang of fake cops.

When a sixteen-year-old is raped by a robber dressed as a cop, Rollins calls Stabler in. They initially believe that these are real cops who are dirty but eventually realize they are phony cops. Stabler talks to Maria, the mother who was also raped. She is reluctant but eventually gives them her address, where her son thinks Stabler and Bell are more fake cops until he recognizes Stabler as the "rat" who told on the Brotherhood. He doesn't want to be a rat himself, but does tell them that one of the perps had blue eyes.

A new guy, Dante, joins the robbery crew even though he doesn't feel comfortable. A raid goes bad when Dante catches Vaughn raping a girl and tries to stop him. Vaughn shoots the girl.

Blood at the scene is traced to Manny Rivera, whose foster father says he sent him away because he didn't follow the rules. The cops don't believe it. They trace Manny to a secret underground club where Jet pretends to be interested in him to get his phone for long enough to clone it.

The cops get wind of another raid, where Reyes realizes he has a connection to Dante.
