In church, Elliot prays and recalls in flashbacks that Donnelley killed himself and he feels responsible. He crosses himself and leaves again. A priest takes his photo as proof he was actually in church. He says Stabler is trending on Twitter. Stabler wants G-d's backup.

After testifying Stabler confronts some reporters who want to know who he is to judge his fellow cops.

Some fake cops pretend to have a search warrant and breeak into a house, ransacking it and kidnapping at least one family member.

Rollins calls Stabler in on the family that was attacked. She says mom and daughter were raped. She thinks the Brotherhood was sending a message. The daughter is only sixteen. Stabler goes to see them.

Stabler talks to the mother who is in a lot of pain. Rollins tells Maria that Elliot polices the police. Maria tells him that the perps wore masks and didn't have badges. She tried to save her daughter but they beat her and made her watch. Stabler promises he will do everything he can to find the perps. He needs an address.

The brass tells Bell the task force should be disbanded and that Stabler is not a good alliance for her. Bell doesn't want to listen. Stabler comes in and that's that.

Whalen tries to find out why Jet was jumpy at the office. She denies that she was.

The cops go to the house where it happened. A man inside has a knife and says you aren't going to do this again. He also calls Elliot a rat but he does drop the knife.

Stabler and Bell question the guy. He says he didn't see anything and won't be a rat too. Jet and Whalen have found three types of casings. Stabler says since Gabriel isn't helping them, he'll go now. Gabriel says the perp had crazy blue eyes and doesn't know anything else.

A bunch of guys hug each other. One of them was just released for weed. They get in a car together.

Bell realizes the attack was premeditated. Jet is looking at gun reports  and has cross-checked with reported rapes. Nine rapes who have not ID'd the perp, Stabler says he'll get SVU on this.

The people in the car arrive at a mansion. The guy who was just released asks if they robbed a bank. THere are a bunch of fake cops outside. Vaughn says this is his own division of the NYPD: the Robbin' Hood.

The recently released guy doesn't want to do illegal stuff. Vaughn says they went through abuse together and now it's time to take back.

A man refuses to talk to Jet.

Vaughn trains the new guy, telling him if he shoots, it has to be to kill.

The fake cops break into a house and shoot up a wall to get to drugs and money. Vaughn looks at a scared looking girl. The new guy walks in on the rape and says VAUGHN what are you doing? Vaughn shoots the girl because she knows his name and blames the new guy.

The cops come to the scene. They find an earring and don't understand why the girl was shot and not raped. The brother is beside himself when Bell talks to him. He tells them the guy in charge had blue eyes and shot his sister while fighting with one of the other perps.

The cops find a bloody piece of glass.

The new guy isn't comfortable with what happened. He and Vaughn fight. Vaughn says they're brothers and Dante can leave if he wants but implies he'll b e sorry.

 Bell says Lillian is impatient for answers. There has been a hit on the blood. Manuel Rivera.

Bell and Stabler go to Manuel's last known address. The man says Manuel was a foster kid who used to live here. Manny wasn't able to follow the rules so he sent him back into the system and doesn't know what happened after that.

Stabler thinks the man is covering for Manny. He also thinks young people live online.

Jet finds Manny's social media and that he likes to go to underground clubs.

Rollins tells Stabler Maria is not the one she is worried about here. They bring Maria an array of mug shots. She says this man's eyes look familiar but it's hard to tell. The daughter recognizes her rapist.

Jet and Whalen get ready for a stakeout. Whalen asks Jet if she likes to dance. He says she seems very anxious lately. She says he's new and doesn't get to make calls about her. Stabler interrupts to ask if they are ready.

Jet has hacked a server to learn the secret knock to get in. Dante and Manny discuss what happened. Dante seems to be the only one in the group with a conscience; Manny says the rapes are no different than what was done to them.

Jet comes over and flirts with Manny while Stabler and Bell watch nervously.  Jet eventually says she has to go and asks for Manny's phone so she can give him her number. She gets the info she needs and leaves.

Jet has gotten everything she needs from Manny's phone. Manny calls and asks Jet out to a party tomorrow night.. The cops listen in on a call where Manny says they have one last raid to do tonight.

Reyes has some story how he thought his wife wanted to go to Williamsburg NY but really wanted to go to Williamsburg VA. They get close to where the raid is taking place.

The real cops see the fake ones break into a house. The bad guys start shooting. Backu0p arrives but seems to be shooting at the real cops. Dante gets shot.

Manny is arrested and Bell tells him Dante is in critical condition and Manny is the only one who didn't want to leave him there to die. Does he really want to be loyal to these people? Manny wants his lawyer. Bell agrees to get one even though Stabler tries to do an end run around Manny's rights. He tells Manny to look at photos of the dead girl while they're doing it.

Stabler is annoyed but Bell says he would have only got them in trouble. Jet realizes Dante is the guy from the club.

Reyes tells Bell that Dante is touch and go. Bell asks what is going on with him. Reyes says he and Dante were in the same foster home.  He has a photo of him, Manny, Dante, and Vaughn as kids. He says what happened in that foster home is why Vaughn is doing this Bell asks what happened in that house.
