Stabler showers and gets ready while Wheatley has sex and gets ready for his day. Meanwhile Bell gets ready for her day and her wife is ready to sue the NYPD but is nervous.

Meanwhile, Washburn and Jet set a bug.

Angela hasn't been eating because she wants Richard in custody. She also has conditions on her deal.

Wheatley sings Richie's praises to Izak now that he killed Gina (did he really?) Wheatley has called in a new security detail. Izak looks nervous. A new guard shoots Izak and he falls into the pool and drowns.

At a restaurant, Silvano is called away from his breakfast to do mob business. Jett complains that the bug in his ear is causing loud chewing in hers.

Silvani refuses to give his phone to the security detail until after he makes it clear he doesn't take orders from Wheatley.

Bell tells Stabler that Gina has not checked in and she's worried.

Angela's lawyer wants to talk to her. He asks if she's sure about this deal. She is. Wheatley murdered her son. She trusts Stabler to tell her the truth. Lawyer realizes that Angela is in love with Stabler.

The sting begins, but Izak is supposed to bring Silvano to Wheatley -- what is going to happen when they realize he's dead?

Stabler looks at his photo of Kathy before he leaves?

Silvano asks where Becker is. Bell realizes Gina and Becker are both MIA. She  makes the call for them to move.

Wheatley tells Richie he had to kill Izak because he was a witness to Richie killing a cop. This new group has no conscience whatsoever, which Richard thinks is cool.

The operation continues. The cops are inside the secret location. Stabler argues with the cop in charge of the sting who wants to be cut loose if it goes South. Just then Bell's wife holds a press conference about the lawsuit. Denise says Bell doesn't want to be involved but she's sure she supports the lawsuit.

Chambliss announces this is a waste of time and he's leaving. Bell realizes that this is retaliation for Denise. Stabler is determined to go in with Bell, , backup or no backup.

Gina's body is found.

Wheatley finds the cops' camera. He decides to change their location. Jett wants to join the team. Washburn and Morales are also with them all the way. Stabler thinks they can handle this.

Jett rushes on her motorcycle to join the team. Stabler sees Wheatley and Richie walking and wonders where they are going. The bad guys have gone to the Astor Street subway station and could have gone in one of two entrances.

Jett shows up just as Bell shows her a text.

A transit UC sees Wheatley. Jett says she needs to give a directional mic to the UC and insists on going down. She gives her the mic in a hot dog bun. Washburn has to pretend to b e a drunk guy to get a message to Silvano. They are able to record the conversation. Wheatley wants Silvano to take care of something with him. He will pay him to get rid of a bad guy.. Silvano says he isn't sure he trusts Wheatley because things haven't gone according to plan. Stabler wants Silvano to just close the deal. Silvano agrees to the deal and the cops get ready to go in. The cops move in but Wheatley slides into the subway, as does Stabler.

Stabler confronts Wheatley in the subway. Wheatley pulls a gun and Stabler chases him between cars and Wheatley grabs two hostages, then runs out the door. Stabler runs after him and he goes back in. So does Stabler. Stabler tells everyone else to get behind him.  Stabler almost manages to cuff Wheatley but Wheatley fights back. Eventually, Stabler subdues him.

Everyone else has been arrested outside the subway station. Wheatley is smirking as Bell reads him his rights.

Angela instructs Jett what to look for in the Wheatley residence. Pilar comes out  half naked and calls her dogs off in Italian.

Dana Wheatley is also arrested. She looks shocked and scared.

Some more of Wheatley's associates are arrested, including Joey who makes a short-lived and futile attempt to run.

Angela looks upset as she gives her statement. Her lawyer promises to take care of her. She is given the news that Wheatley has been arrested. She signs the papers.

Bell gets called into the office, concerning everyone and ruining their celebration over having caught Wheatley.

Wheatley tells Dana and Richie not to worry as he is being dragged to his own cell.

Bell has received the news that Gina is dead. She and Stabler go to the morgue. Stabler recognizes Becker's bullets.

Bell and Stabler go to see Richie, who acts like he doesn't know what they want. He starts screaming for his dad when they bring up Gina's murder. Dana tells him not to say anything. Stabler tells him they know he was there. He denies knowing anything. Bell is the one to try to lash out at him and Stabler stops her. Bell tells Richie that Gina wanted to protect him and thought he was a good kid. She is crying and so is Richie.

Stabler and Bell see Angela, who wants to see Richard and wants them to join her.

Angela tells Wheatley she ruined their children's lives. He insists the kids will be fine and be released soon. She says what about Raffi? She told the cops everything. Wheatley asks Stabler if he knows that Angela ordered the hit on Kathy. He is sure Stabler doesn't buy her act and says he recorded all her conversations regarding Kathy. Angela says he's bluffing. Wheatley gloats that Angela is not the love of Stabler's life and says Kathy wasn't either. Angela tells Elliot to ignore Wheatley. Wheatley insists there is someone else that is the love of Stabler's life.  Angela is done. She and Stabler leave.
